About Us

Infinity Coffee, Oil Seeds and Pulses, was founded and incorporated in Ethiopia in 2019. We export specialty, premium and commercial coffee through our well integrated quality management and special commitment to our clients. And has since developed into a trust worthy exporter of high quality oil seeds, pulses, cereals, vegetables and fruits worldwide. Our primary objective over the last years has always been towards customer satisfaction and are committed to providing quality products with attractive prices, which have enabled us to build and maintain a longstanding and strong relationship with our customers.

COFFEE

HARAR

Famed the world over for its distinctive blueberry mocha flavor, Harrar coffee fetches some of the highest prices for unwashed coffee in the world market. A good proportion of the crop goes to the Middle East and Japan. The distinctive ‘long berry’ bean shape is increasingly hard to find, but the cup remains consistently excellent.

Sidamo sundried and washed coffee

Ethiopian Sidamo coffee has a mild, mellow and somewhat fruity flavor. It also has a delectable aroma. Sidamo coffee comes from the Oromia, or Sidamo, region of the country. A wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee known for its rich, full body (mouthfeel), sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma, and an finish that is bright and soft. A good Sidamo is well-balanced with notes of chocolate and often exhibits tones of spice and wine.

Yirgacheffe WASHED COFFEE

The town of Yirgacheffe (Irgachefe) is in Ethiopia’s Sidamo area at an elevation of about 1,900 meters above sea level and is the administrative center of the coffees-growing district. Some say that the Yirgacheffe area is the site of coffee’s origins, though there is some debate over this issue.

LEKEMPTI NATURAL COFFEE

The Sidama coffee comes from a region in southern Ethiopia where the ideal soil type, climate altitude, rainfall and temperature combine to make it the largest supplier of washed coffee in the country. Sidama coffee is grown between 1700-1950 m.a.s.l. and its greenish gray medium sized beans are known for their sweetly flavor.

    Safflower, Carthamus tinctorius, is a highly branched, herbaceous, thistle-like annual plant.

    It is commercially cultivated for vegetable oil extracted

    SOYA BEANS

    This is an annual herb of the leguminous family .it has green skin and is also called green bean.

     A recent addition to the Ethiopian pulse production, it is sweet in flavor.

     It grows in few areas of North Shoa. Hence it is not consumed widely like the other pulses. Despite its growing demand in the international market, there is a chronic shortage of supply in Ethiopia.

    CHICKPEA

    Chickpea is the most important pulse crop in Ethiopia. The bulk of the crop variety in the country is dominated by the sweet Desi type, and the Kabuli type is also grown in limited areas. In Ethiopia chickpeas are consumed widely fresh as green vegetables, sprouted, fried roasted and boiled. It is also ground into flour to make baby feed mixed with other cereals, soup bread and meat. It is also used to rehabilitate depleted fallow lands through utilizing crop rotation system. Chickpeas in Ethiopia hold fourth in the production and area coverage in the total pulse category.

    MUNG BEAN

    We have successfully exported 8 Containers in 2021 and for 2022, 4 Containers are in progress in the first half of the year with another 4 Containers to be shipped in the second half of the year. For 2023, we plan on expanding our export size to 16 containers.
